Question 11: How will we be notified if the opening of the West London school is delayed?

Response 11: We will notify you either through updates to our website, communications to the school or directly via email (School Messenger).

Question 10: How do you register for the new school?

Response 10: If your child is currently at one of the holding zone areas, we’ll automatically do that registration for you in the year the school opens. There will be nothing for you to do. You will not have to re-register your child.

Question 9: If there’s no playground, will children be allowed to play at the park next door?

Response 9: That would be a decision of the school. There is enough space on the yard for a playground. We would only do that if it was necessary. At other schools that are attached to city parks, there is an opportunity to use that space – with supervision.

Question 8: If your child is going into grade 3 when the school opens, will they have the opportunity to stay at their existing school or will they be moved to this school?

Response 8: Our practice is that other than students going into grade 8, all students will go to the new school.

Question 7: When will there be an opportunity to place children on the waitlist for the daycare?

Response 7:  Parents interested in child care can contact London Children's Connection by visiting their website for further information at London Children's Connection.
