The Oxford South Attendance Area Review has been approved and will take effect for the 2026-2027 school year.
Recommendations from administration were approved by the Board to balance enrolment at Annandale Public School, South Ridge Public School and Westfield Public School in Oxford County. TVDSB is grateful to the attendance area review committee for their input and recommendations.
The approved motion included:
- THAT the attendance areas for South Ridge PS, Westfield PS, and Annandale PS as shown in Appendix A to the March 18, 2025, report titled “Oxford South Elementary Attendance Area Review – Final Attendance Area Review Report” be approved and that this takes effect for September 2026.

Important update - Student transportation services related to the 2026-2027 attendance area changes
- Due to a number of factors, TVDSB will not be providing transportation for grade 8 students and their siblings who choose to remain at their current school for one year.
- Students entering grade 8 in the 2026-27 school year, along with their siblings, may continue to attend their current school, Westfield Public School or South Ridge Public School, for one year, however, transportation will not be provided.
- Families who send their children to their newly designated home school, as determined by the attendance area reviews, will continue to receive transportation (if eligible).
