Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) has started the East Oxford Attendance Area Review.
This review is happening because East Oxford Central Public School is experiencing high enrollment.
The initial report explains the potential changes to the attendance areas for East Oxford Central, Emily Stowe, and Central public schools.
Next steps, as approved by the current Supervisor of Education for TVDSB, include moving forward with public consultation on the report.
Attendance area changes will only take effect following public consultation and board Supervisor approval. The earliest the board would implement any attendance area changes would be the 2027-28 school year.

Join the Attendance Area Review Committee
As part of the consultation process, TVDSB is inviting parents and caregivers to join the Attendance Area Review Committee (AARC). Members will help share information and collect feedback from their school communities.
AARC members will attend a hybrid meeting on April 1, 2026 at 6 p.m. at East Oxford Central Public School or via a Microsoft Teams Link. After that meeting, each school’s AARC group will connect with its community to gather more information and prepare a summary of what they heard.
A final report will be shared with all committee members and posted on the TVDSB website in the fall of 2026.
If you would like to join the Attendance Area Review Committee, please fill out the Expression of Interest Form and return it to your school by 8 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026. Paper copies are also available at the school.
