
Every student athlete at ASAD completes academic coursework in line with the provincial Ministry of Education curriculum, maintaining their pathway of 30 academic credits to graduation. Student timetables are established by the home school Guidance Departments in collaboration with the ASAD teachers and/or support staff.
- Each school day, students participate in two academic periods at ASAD, and two academic periods at their home school.
- At ASAD, students work towards obtaining one Health and Physical Education credit and one additional credit per semester which is delivered and/or supported by a TVDSB teacher.
- Google Classroom, Brightspace and Chromebook supports are provided in the ASAD classroom environment.
- Students are able to maintain their academic pathway for post-secondary destinations.
