For over 85 years, Family Service Thames Valley (FSTV) has offered counselling and support services to individuals and families. Whether it's relationship difficulties, adjusting to life transitions, or living with a developmental disability, they have programs to help.
FSTV provides short-term, goal-oriented community counselling, offering a safe and supportive space to strengthen emotional well-being.
FSTV offers counselling in person, virtually, and by phone.

The Fusion Youth Centre’s Summer Unlocked Experience is returning for it’s second year! This transformative
mental health and wellbeing program for youth ages 10-18 is proudly offered by the Fusion Youth Centre
with the funding support of TVDSB, LDCSB, and the Ministry of Education.
The Summer Unlocked Experience offers a series of exciting fully-funded day trips and excursions beyond Oxford County. Each trip is designed to promote mental wellness, social connection, and personal growth through fun and shared experiences.
