Pro basketball player Mo Bolden mentors TVDSB students in collaboration with BGC London

Thames Valley District School Board has partnered with BGC London through their Next Level Sports initiative to bring high-quality, accessible coaching and literacy support to elementary students across the district. Through this engaging community collaboration, former London Lightning star and NBA G League player Mo Bolden brings his passion for sport to Thames Valley schools by coaching basketball, reading with students and starting a dialogue about future career pathways.

Each week, students strengthen their fundamentals on and off the court while learning the value of teamwork, dedication and perseverance. With Mo's support, students are building their confidence and a sense of belonging – both in athletics and in the classroom.
