Registration at Glencoe Disctrict

Current Grade 9–12 high school students from within the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB), or students coming from outside TVDSB, must complete the following steps to register at Glencoe District High School.

  2. Check your eligibility for student transportation: Transportation eligibility tool (opens in a new window)
  3. Contact Tracy Harvie to schedule an appointment with the Principal or Guidance Counsellor:

  4. Bring government‑issued identification (birth certificate or Canadian passport).
  5. Bring proof of your current home address (for example: hydro, property tax, or utility bill).
  6. Provide a current Ontario Student Transcript or Credit Counselling Summary from your previous school.
  7. Complete and submit the required forms:
