General Information
Communication Between Home and School

The staff at Innerkip Central School believes that communication between home and school is very important. Communication happens through the school website, SchoolMessenger newsletters, classroom newsletters, planners, phone calls, report cards, and parent/guardian conferences.

The first point of contact should always be the classroom teacher. For emergencies or appointments, contact the school office. Keeping the office informed helps ensure student safety.

Student Planner

The planner helps students organize their time and supports communication between home and school. It includes assignments, reminders, and important dates.

Lost or damaged planners must be replaced at full cost.

Visiting the School

All visitors must report to the office, sign in upon arrival, and sign out when leaving. After 9:00 a.m., all doors except the front entrance are locked.

Parking

Visitors should park in designated areas. The front circular drive is a fire route and must not be used for parking or student drop-off/pick-up.

Parent Portal

Forms such as student information, emergency contacts, and consent forms are available in the Parent Portal.
