About C.C. Carrothers Public School
C.C. Carrothers School, built in 1959, was named after a long time School Board member and educational leader in London, Cecil C. Carrothers. The two storey building houses students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8. Our teams, the Cougars, proudly represent our school in many sports. We are also a school which embraces The Arts.
On May 29, 2009, we celebrated our 50th Anniversary with a well attended Open House featuring activities in our freshly painted gym with its beautiful scoreboard, donated by our dedicated Parent Council. Later, hundreds of generous people helped us get a wonderful climber for the playground; we are still thankful. We average 425 students each year and are located in the Commissioners Road, Thompson Road, Adelaide Street and Pond Mills Road area of London, on Chippendale Crescent.
Carrothers is welcoming, inclusive and a great place to learn, grow and have fun!
