1. Parents may wish to speak to the Learning Support Teacher (LST) or the Guidance Lead at the student’s elementary school prior to registering a student for this program.
2. International students who are currently required to pay International Fees to attend regular day school will also be required to pay a fee to attend the Grade 7/8 Literacy and Numeracy Program. This fee must be paid prior to registering for this program. See details under "Registration Information" below.
   
   
3. For TVDSB students, the parent/legal guardian must ensure the student's home school has their current address, phone/cell number(s), email address and emergency contact information on file. All changes must be reported immediately to the home school. The Summer School office cannot make changes to this information.
   
   
4. TVDSB reserves the right to cancel this program if there is insufficient enrolment. The parent/legal guardian will be contacted if there is a cancellation.
   
   
5. Students are expected to adhere to the standard rules of academic integrity. Behaviour that is contrary to a positive learning environment could result in a student's removal from the program.  It is recommended that students read the entire Summer School Code of Conduct.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

The 2023 fee is $690.00 and must be paid prior to registering for this program.
 

**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT**

1. Payment must be made by wire transfer to Thames Valley District School Board using the "Account Information For Wiring Funds" listed below.

2. When submitting a wire transfer please make sure you include “Summer School” and “student name” in the Reference field so that the funds received in our account can be matched to the summer school program. 

3. A copy of your bank wire confirmation or receipt must be submitted by email to summerschool@tvdsb.ca 

along with the following information:

• student name
• name of current school
• name of summer program student has registered for (e.g. Gr 7/8 Lit/Num)

NOTE: International students cannot be registered for the Grade 7/8 Literacy Numeracy Program until payment confirmation has been received.
