General Information
  1. Students may only take ONE Summer School Credit Course, regardless of the mode of delivery.
  2. Regular attendance and punctuality are critical for success at summer school. Due to the compressed time frame of summer school, daily attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Accommodations will not be made for family vacation plans or personal activities. Exam dates cannot be rescheduled or modified.
  3. Students must arrive for class by 8:15 a.m. on the first day of summer school to ensure they do not lose their place in the class. Absence on the first day may result in the student being removed from the course, or their place could be given to another student on the wait list.
  4. International Students who are currently required to pay International Fees to attend regular day school will also be required to pay a fee to attend Summer School. This fee must be paid prior to registering for a summer school course. See details under Registration Information and Forms below.
  5. TVDSB reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrolment for the course. Student/parent/legal guardian will be notified by phone or email if a course they registered for is cancelled.
  6. Students are responsible for their own transportation.
  7. Students are expected to adhere to the standard rules of academic integrity. Behaviour that is contrary to a positive learning environment could result in a student's removal from summer school. It is recommended that students read the entire Summer School Code of Conduct.
