Child Care Operators selected for future Northwest London, Southwest London and North Woodstock schools

Thames Valley District School Board has selected the Child Care Operators for the new Northwest London, Southwest London, and the North Woodstock Elementary Schools' Child Care Centres.

Families interested in child care at these locations should contact the successful Child Care Operator directly.

Thames Valley is excited to partner with the three Child Care Operators as we construct the new schools and child care centres.

 

RFP: Call for Submissions for Child Care Operators for the new W London, SE London and Lucan Elementary Schools’ Child Care Centres

Child Care Operators are required for Thames Valley District School Board's new W London, SE London and Lucan Elementary Schools’ Child Care Centres.  Interested Child Care Operators are encouraged to attend an Information Session on October 17, 2024. This session will provide operators with an overview of the submission criteria, the Child Care Centres floor plans, furniture and equipment funded by the Ministry of Education, and costs associated to the operator. The Call for Submissions will be posted on TVDSB's website on October 21, 2024. 

​Operators interested in attending the Information Session must send the attending staff names, position titles, and email addresses to Patty Green at patty.green@tvdsb.ca  by Thursday, October 10, 2024. ​Calendar invites will then be sent to join the Microsoft Teams virtual session.

Schools with Before- and After-School Programs

Before- and After-school Child Care is provided at most Thames Valley elementary schools for children registered in the Kindergarten Program and students 6 - 12 years of age.

Financial Assistance 

You can apply for financial aid to help cover some the costs related to full-time care, part-time care, summer care or before and after school care.
