Vaccination against COVID-19 is the single most important thing we can all do to protect ourselves and our community from the ongoing pandemic. With that in mind, Thames Valley District School Board is partnering with the Middlesex-London Public Health Unit and Southwestern Public Health to offer pop-up community clinics for youth and their families.
Key things to keep in mind when preparing for the vaccination appointment at a pop-up community clinic:
- All those attending must be born in 2009 or earlier.
- All clinics are walk-in. No appointment necessary.
- Be sure to bring identification for each person being vaccinated, which includes their date of birth (such as a health card, passport or birth certificate) when you come to the clinic.
- While it is not required, a parent, guardian, or caregiver can accompany a child to their vaccination appointment.
