Changes to our Bid Entry Process

Effective February 25th, 2014, Thames Valley District School Board implemented changes to the way that Bids are submitted.  

Vendors no longer need to download software to create an electronic submission.  Instead they enter make/model and pricing data directly into our system. Vendors upload Bid support files directly to our system.  

Bidders need to register on our portal before being eligible to use this system.

Vendors still need to submit the signed documents as part of their formal submission, in the manner we have always required.
