NAAR - Sir Arthur Currie PS

Enrollment process

As per the Board motion of November 23, 2021  that the enrollment at Sir Arthur Currie Public School be reviewed annually with consideration given to allow for the future enrollment of students residing in the catchment area should space become available, the following process will be followed:

  • By end of the first week of September of each school year, Administration will review the enrolment of each grade at Sir Arthur Currie Public School for class size(s) to determine if there is space, ensuring that class size caps are not exceeded.
  • Compile a list of the number of available spaces by grade/class at Sir Arthur Currie Public School.
  • Review enrolment at Knollwood Park Public School to identify Sir Arthur Currie Public School designated students (those living in the new Sir Arthur Currie Public School boundary who will attend Sir Arthur Currie Public School when the new Northwest London Elementary school opens.)
  • Sir Arthur Currie Public School designated students’ parents or guardians are contacted to be offered the option to attend Sir Arthur Currie Public School only where there is space.
  • If there are more such students who reside within the new Sir Arthur Currie PS attendance boundary who are interested in attending the school, a lottery will be held.
