The Communications department supports the Thames Valley District School Board by seeking to promote public education in our community. We highlight the work of our staff, students, parents, administrators, Trustees and supporters through accurate and transparent internal and external communications.

Reminders for members of the media:
- The Principal has the sole discretion to permit access to a school.
- Anyone entering a school must first report to the school office.
- While we understand and respect the time constraints and urgency of news gathering, we ask reporters to understand that it may take some time to arrange interviews.
- The Principal is required to obtain permission from a parent or guardian before a student may be interviewed or photographed.
- Communications/Public Affairs may be reached at any time to arrange interviews with school staff or students, as well as Senior Administrators who are able to comment on system-wide issues.
