Annual Accommodation Plan

The following reports are used to address ongoing pupil accommodation and programming issues across the school district. A wide range of other reports are also presented to the  Board of Trustees which address specific issues and initiatives.  

The Annual Accommodation Plan is intended to:

  • provide a yearly review for Trustees of changes in enrolment;
  • summarize and highlight the effects of accommodation changes accomplished through the capital planning process;
  • recommend next steps to address ongoing accommodation and programming issues;
  • publicly announce potential facility collaborations and co-build opportunities for capital construction projects.
