Trustees continue Regular Board Meetings

Posted On Tuesday April 14, 2020

During this period of school closures, the health and well-being of students and staff remains the highest priority for the Thames Valley Board of Trustees.

Following the Government order to close all school board buildings to the public until at least May 4, 2020, Thames Valley will postpone all Committee Meetings, with the exception of the Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC).

Trustees will continue to ensure public accountability and transparency by conducting regularly scheduled Board meetings online, with the next meeting scheduled on April 28, 2020 at 7 p.m.

Members of the community are invited to watch meetings live by following the link provided at on the day of the meeting. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus, and during the transition to virtual meetings, public delegations are deferred until the May scheduled Board meeting.

While members of the public may continue to contact Trustees, we encourage parents and guardians who have questions or concerns about accessing Learn at Home materials to make use of resources provided on all Board websites or contact their child’s Principal.

Trustees are grateful for the public’s understanding and encourage all members of the community follow public health advice so that we may return to our schools and Board offices as soon as it is safe to do so.

Thank you for your continued support of Thames Valley and public education.

Note: * If you have difficulty watching the meeting live, you are reminded that meetings are archived and may be viewed at any time on the Board’s YouTube channel:
