Thames Valley District School Board is excited to announce the upcoming development of TVDSB's new Multi-Year Strategic Plan – a roadmap that will steer the school board’s collective journey towards a brighter and more successful future.

A strategic plan is like a roadmap because it helps a person or group figure out where they want to go and how to get there. Thames Valley is creating a big-picture plan that will set the direction and goals for the board for the next four years.

It is imperative that this plan be an inclusive and empowering framework that supports the needs of Thames Valley students, parents and caregivers, and staff.

That’s why Thames Valley is encouraging school communities and staff to actively participate in this exciting journey of co-creation. The perspectives of students, parents and caregivers, and staff will help shape the future of Thames Valley and enrich the educational experience of all students.
