Congratulations to Lisa Mercer, TVDSB Youth Advisory Mental Health Chair. Lisa is a recent graduate from TVDSB and was recognized by the Canadian Mental Health Association as a Mental Health Champion for her local advocacy and support work in the interests of youth mental health. She is pictured here with Clara Hughes, a well known Olympic athelete and national spokesperson for Mental Health. Parenting Teens

Parenting a teenager can provide many rewards and challenges.  In an effort to support parents in addressing these challenges the Middlesex-London Health Unit has prepared a series of online videos called -- “Parenting Your Teenager”.  Topics include communicating and developing relationships with teens as well as information to assist parents and guardians in addressing substance misuse issues.
