The Forest of Reading Program is a program where out of all the books published each year in Canada, a selection committee nominates the best 10 titles.  It is then up to students to read a minimum of 5 out of 10 books to earn a vote.  Voting day across Ontario is April 23, 2012.  Students have a say as to who wins this very prestigious award in each age category.

Blue Spruce: Gr. K-2

Silver Birch: Gr. 3-6 (including Fiction, Non-Fiction and Express categories)

Red Maple: Gr. 7&8
