Workshop Title: SMART Notebook: Inspiring Interaction

Expected Learning Outcomes:

 

Inspire your students to interact with your SMARTBoard using their hands, not yours.

 Participants will explore the myriad interactive tools found in Notebook’s

Lesson Activity Toolkit

and also some ready-made game templates. These tools are a teacher’s best friend when it comes to ease and efficiency during lesson creation. Simply add your own content to the tool.

Time permitting, we'll also explore some pre-created activities in the SMART Exchange.

Participants may want to bring a few resources to make their learning more applicable to their own grade/content area (e.g., curriculum document, textbook, class list, picture book/mentor text, etc.).
