Elementary Science Task Force

During the 2009-2010 school year, members of the Elementary Science and Technology Task Force participated in a modified Teaching-Learning Critical Pathway (TLCP).  The TLCP model was chosen as it promotes a cycle of good teaching (refer to Fig. 1), and provided a framework to structure our collaborative work together.     

TLCPs selected by Task Force members looked at the integration of literacy through inquiry and/or technological problem-solving in Science and Technology.

 

Below is a summary of the work Elementary S&T Task Force members completed this year.
