Public invited to help shape TVDSB’s Strategic Plan

Thursday, June 7, 2012 – Parents, students, staff and community members are invited to take part in shaping a new Strategic Plan for the Thames Valley District School Board.

Trustees are holding public meetings across the school district to exchange ideas and gather community input for a new Strategic Plan that will reflect the mission, vision and strategic direction for the Board.

“This is a very exciting process and reflects our commitment to student achievement and well-being,” says Chair Joyce Bennett, who adds that Trustees are seeking community input to ensure the Strategic Plan is inclusive, relevant and meaningful.

The plan is being developed through a partnership involving Trustees, the Director of Education, administration, staff, students, parents and our community.
