Notification on Items Requiring Public Consultation
Given the importance Thames Valley District School Board places on public consultation, the Board’s procedure, below, Notification on Items Requiring Public Consultation outlines the process.
Making a Presentation to Trustees
In addition to the input process noted above, the Board recognizes the value of community members presenting their perspectives on educational issues. The following procedure has been designed to provide an opportunity for individuals or delegations to make a presentation to the Board.
Individuals or groups wishing to make a presentation are asked to complete a Presenters' Package and forward it to the Supervisor-Corporate Services, Thames Valley District School Board, 1250 Dundas Street, London, Ontario N6A 5L1. Included with the Package is a copy of Board Bylaw 6.0 Delegations.
