Trustees normally meet in public sessions twice per month under the following schedule. All meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Thames Valley Education Centre Board Room.  

Information Committee of the Whole
Information Committee of the Whole is an information sharing session in which the Board hears presentations from staff about such topics as EQAO scores, the Budget and the Board's Vision. Information Committee of the Whole meets 2-3 times per year on the second Tuesday of the month.

Regular Board – Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month  
At its regular monthly meetings, the Board considers recommendations referred for approval by the Board's standing and ad hoc committees, the Special Education Advisory Committee and the Administration. It meets the second and fourth Tuesday during the school year - September through June.
