Public Input - ARCs

Accommodation Review - Phase 5
The Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) is seeking applications from interested members of the public to serve on Board-appointed Accommodation Review Committees (ARCs).

An ARC brings together school communities that face challenges such as aging school facilities, new residential developments, growing program demands and declining enrolment.   A member of the community will be selected to serve on each of the ARCs as noted below as they begin a series of public meetings to consider options for change that will maintain or enhance the quality of education within school communities.

The ARCs will examine the following schools:

South-West Middlesex ARC

  • Ekcoe Central PS
  • Glencoe District High School
  • Mosa Central PS

South-Central London Elementary ARC
  • Aberdeen PS
  • Ealing PS
  • Trafalgar PS
North-West Oxford Elementary ARC
  • A.J. Baker PS
  • Thamesford PS
  • West Nissouri PS
  • Zorra Highland Park PS
The selected community representative must have a connection to the accommodation review area and the time to attend at least six evening public meetings that will commence this spring and continue throughout the 2013-14 school year within the study area.

Interested candidates are asked to complete the Community Representative Application form available below and forward it to Bonnie Williams, Supervisor-Corporate Services, by fax at 519-452-2256 or email at bonnie.williams@tvdsb.on.ca by March 28, 2013.
