ARC - Accommodation Review Phase 4

The Thames Valley District School Board is now in the process of conducting Phase 4 of its Accommodation Review Committee (ARC) meetings. The Board approved the establishment of the ARCs to look at the future opportunities for schools in the Thames Valley District. An ARC is required under the pupil accommodation review guidelines of the Ministry of Education when addressing the future of a school or group of schools.

"The Thames Valley District School Board has initiated a number of Accommodation Review Committees (ARCs) examining school issues such as facility conditions, program supports and surplus space due to declining enrolment. The ARC process seeks community participation to provide input to the Trustees regarding the accommodation for students in identified school communities."
