Negotiations Advisory Committee

The Negotiations Advisory Committee provides information, advice, and liaison between the Thames Valley trustees and Human Resources staff responsible for negotiations with employee groups.

The Committee meets regularly, at the request of either group, with members of the Human Resource Services Administration team to develop strategies for negotiations, to provide advice on compensation levels and priorities, and to receive progress updates on collective bargaining. The Committee, in turn, communicates with the Board and assists it in addressing matters related to negotiations.
