General Information The Ross Library is located to the north of the School's Main Entrance.
Library Hours The Library is open Day 1 and Day 4 at lunch, as well as during specified periods. See the schedule posted on the Library window. Students not scheduled in a class are welcome to use the Library as a quiet place to work or read. Students scheduled in a class may use the Library ONLY with a note from their classroom teacher or from Administration. Books may be returned at any time using the book return bin that is accessible from the hallway. The Library Collection Our collection includes over 4000 print and electronic resources for students to access, including magazines, graphic novels, fiction, non-fiction, reference and encyclopaedias. With the generous help from the Rotary Club of London, many more resources are on the way! Books are loaned for 3 weeks and can be renewed. Magazines are loaned overnight only. Borrowing privileges will be suspended until overdue books are renewed or returned and payment has been received for lost and damaged books. Lost or badly damaged books MUST be paid for so that they can be replaced. Borrowing privileges will be suspended until payment has been received by the school. Refunds will be given for lost books that are later found and returned to the library. Overdue Books MUST be returned as soon as possible to the library. Overdue books from other TVDSB schools may be returned to the Ross Library. Your account will be cleared & we will send the books back to the location that they belong to on your behalf. The Ross library does not charge late fines. |
