Transcript Information

Transcripts are free of charge for students who have attended Saunders within the last year.
For all other requests a $15.00 fee applies payable by cash or cheque to: "Saunders Secondary School".

Students who attended Saunders in the past 5 years
To obtain a transcript:
1.  Go to the Guidance department during regular school hours. (M-F 8am-4pm)
NOTE:   Another person picking up your transcript on your behalf must provide a 
            letter with your signature giving them permission to obtain your records. 

2.  If you are out of town, write a letter requesting the transcript be mailed to you.  The letter should contain the following information:  your name (maiden name), date of birth, return address and a phone number where you can be reached should a problem arise.
Also, please remember to include the fee of $15
