Arrive at about 9:30am – not early please as we will not be ready to help you.

Enter the school via the gymnasium doors as indicated – you will see a sign outside to point you to the correct door.

All campers have been assigned a Shakespeare House.

Find your House Leader at the labeled table – if you are in Hamlet House – look for the sign label “Hamlet” .  

Your house leader will check you in and give you your tax receipt.

Proceed to the T-Shirt table and pickup a shirt for your camper. The t-shirt size you ordered is printed on the bottom of your tax receipt.  Shirts are not exchangeable and no shirts are handed out without a tax receipt in hand. You need to file your tax receipt in a safe place.  We charge $10 for a replacement receipt if you loose it.

If the weather is good, go outside onto the yard to wait for the bell.  If it’s raining, stay in the gym.

Parking

Enter the driveway and proceed to park in the areas marked in green.  If there is no space left on the west side, enter the track via the gate as marked and proceed around the track as shown in the diagram at right.  Please park on the outside edge of the track and do not park on the grass.
