Semester 1 - January 2013 FINALS

RE:                 Examination Schedule

DATE:            January 14/13

1.         Students please circle or highlight your exams.

2.         Report conflicts or concerns to the Vice Principal by Friday June 18, 2013.  Students with accommodations are to contact the Resource Department.

3.         A medical certificate is required  if an exam is not written because of illness; contact the office, (519) 294-1128.

4.         Texts that are retained for studying, are collected at the exam.

5.         Students are to remain in the exam room for a minimum of 1 hour; exams range from one hour to two and a half hours.

6.         Leave exam rooms quietly as others are still writing.

7.         Hallways are out of bounds during exams; use cafeteria, library or quad.

8.         The kitchen is closed during exams.

9.         Buses will arrive and leave at the regular times.

10.       BUS DELAY: In the event of a bus delay, exams will be written on that day beginning at 10 am; buses will leave at 2:45 PM

11.       BUS CANCELLATION: In the event of a bus cancellation, the schedule will resume the following day.  For example, if buses are cancelled on, January 25, the Friday exams will be written on, Monday January 28 and so on.
