NEW STUDENTS REGISTERING TO ATTEND LUCAS
2013-2014

All NEW registrations must include:  

• Completed registration forms Proof of address (driver’s license, utility bill, lease, realty papers etc.)
• Copy of 1 of the following; birth certificate, citizenship papers, status in Canada Transcript
• Credit counselling summary from your previous school    

Deadlines:

Please note that if you are an out of area student, we do not accept registrations after the deadlines!!!

If your son/daughter is entering grade 9 the registration form must be received by the feeder school by February 15th.

If your son/daughter is entering grades 10-12 the registration form must be received at Lucas by March 1st.

CURRENT LUCAS STUDENTS REGISTERING FOR
2013-2014

The student portal will be open from Feb 11-Feb 21, 2013.

Registration information assemblies will be held during period 1:

• Grade 9 - Tues., Feb 12  - view the Grade 9 slideshow that was shown in the auditorium
• Grade 10 - Wed., Feb 13 - view the Grade 10 slideshow that was shown in the auditorium 
• Grade 11 - Thurs., Feb 14 - view the Grade 11 slideshow that was shown in the auditorium
• Grade 12 - no assembly - Guidance Counsellors will come to all Grade 12 homerooms;
                                     see Grade 11 show for detailed info
  

Grade 9's will complete the online registration process with assistance from Guidance Counsellors during period 1 from Tuesday, Feb 19 to Thursday, Feb 21 (classes have been assigned specific dates).

Username:
-the first 4 letters of your last name
-the first 4 letters of your first name
-the last 3 digits of your student number
      example Sally Smith # 123456789 ... login = smitsall789

Password:
- matches your school network login password or the default is your 9 digit student number, which can be found on report cards, student cards, credit counselling summary, etc.

If you still can't get on to the network, see Ms. Charles in guidance or e-mail l.charles@tvdsb.on.ca to have your account reset (responses during business hours only).

It is important to print a copy of your completed registration and bring a signed copy to your homeroom by Thursday, February 21.
