Attendance

If your child is absent from school for any reason, please contact us. Locke’’s School has a 24 hour attendance line, so that calls can be placed any time of the day or night by parents only (i.e. not students). The Safe School Policy mandates that any student’s absence must be explained, so if we have not been notified of your child’s absence, we will attempt to contact you at home. If there is no answer at home, the secretary will try to call you at work, and if you are unavailable at work, she will attempt to reach your emergency contact. It is, therefore, very important that your information is current.

You will hear four rings, and then be transferred to the Auto Attendant system, which will ask you to choose a line (see below) or remain on the phone to reach the office (during business hours only).
