Healthy Schools Tip of the Week

Planning your day can help you reduce stress and have you feel more in control of your life.

1. Write a to-do list with most important tasks at the top.

2. Limit your distractions during your working time(ie turn off your phone, don't access email or facebook....) You will accomplish a lot more!!

3. Schedule breaks to help you refocus and reenergize.
