Computer Use Agreement

All students of Annandale School who will use computers are required to be bound by the terms of the Computer Use Agreement before on-going computer access will be granted. Students under the age of 18 require the signature of a parent or guardian on the form. Signatures on the reverse and subsequent usage of school computers represent an agreement to abide by the terms set on the Computer Use Agreement form.  If you wish to read the Computer Use Agreement form or wish to have another copy, please see the file titled "Computer Use Agreement" form.
