High School, Here I Come!! Program
HIGH SCHOOL HERE I COME!! PROGRAM
This program is a summer program for any and all Grade eight students in Thames Valley.
The High School Here I Come!! program is four days of tips, hints and skills to give students a heads-up as to what to expect when they enter High School. The topics that will be discussed during the program include the reality of High School, academic expectations and study skills, getting and staying organized and getting involved in the school community. Students will have an opportunity to update their literacy, numeracy and study skills. The grade nine English and Math curricula will also be introduced.
