

All applicants must attend an Information Session. Please call to register for an Information Session.
Applications are available in Room B114 at the G.A. Wheable Centre or you may download the application at the bottom of this page.
To register, you must attend one information session. Each satellite site has a different registration phone number, indicated in bold print below. Sessions are two hours and thirty minutes in length. You must bring a passport or birth certificate to register, photo identification, a pen, a copy of your high school transcript (if you took high school in Ontario), an original copy of your high school transcript plus a photocopy of the original to attach to your application (if you took high school outside of Ontario)(a credit counselling summary is insufficient) and your registration number. Please also bring your employment history and references A literacy test, lasting one hour, will be administered (exemption with proof of OSSD including a Grade 12 English credit at the College, University, General, or Advanced level, NOT OLC4O, Essential or Basic level English). Cell phones must be turned off prior to entering the information session.
