GATEWAY TO LEARNING

 

GATEWAY TO LEARNING provides small upgrading classes to adults who may have been out of school for a number of years and are unsure of their skill levels.

 

Programs are free, and learners can join at any time during the school year. Classes are available in London, Woodstock, Ingersoll, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Tillsonburg. Times vary by location.

 

 

 

These classes are recommended for adults who want to refresh and update their basic reading, writing and math skills:

        to get back on track to completing their grade 12 diploma 

        to prepare for the GED exam

         to be ready for a job or a job promotion

        to build confidence

 

We offer:

          non-credit, learner-centred programming in small classes

          initial assessment of skill levels in reading, writing and math

          introduction to computers

          continuous assessment of progress and regular reports

          help with goal setting

          referral to other programs as needed
