Registration Information

 

    

ESL Program 
    Grades 7/8
        Term 1 (July 8 - July 12) and/or Term 2 (July 15 – July 19)
            Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Signing up for a Summer School 2013 course is a two-step process.

Step #1 

REGISTRATION FORM

  • Download and complete the Summer School 2013 Registration Form, accessible below under Related Files.  
  • Until you complete the registration process (Step #2), you are not enrolled in a Summer School 2013 program.

 

Step #2 

REGISTRATION - June 10th - June 20th, 2013

You must still complete Step #2 (Registration) by coming to one of the sites listed below, either in person or through a representative. You must bring all the following items:

  • your completed Summer School 2013 Registration Form
  • proof of permanent Ontario residency (birth certificate or passport).

·       G.A. Wheable Adult Centre – 70 Jacqueline St, London

*       Monday, June 10th to Thursday, June 20th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Excluding Fridays)

 

·         Blossom Park Education Centre - 391 Blossom Park Rd, Woodstock

*       Monday, June 10th to Thursday, June 20th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Excluding Fridays)

 

·         St. Thomas Adult Learning Centre - 10 Ontario St, St. Thomas

*       Monday, June 10th to Thursday, June 20th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Excluding Fridays)

 

·         Tillson Avenue Education Centre - 90 Tillson Ave, Tillsonburg

*       Monday, June 10th to Thursday, June 20th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Excluding Fridays)

 

·         Strathroy Adult Learning Centre - 51 Front St East, Strathroy

*       Monday, June 10th to Thursday, June 20th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Excluding Fridays)

 

NOTE: Your enrolment in the class is not assured until Steps #1 AND #2 are complete.  Step #2 (Registration) is strictly on a "first come, first served" basis.

 

 

 LATE ENROLMENT is available at the Summer School sites on July 8th for remaining seats only.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time for the beginning of class and after breaks. Students are expected to complete the entire program.
